Open Circle Strategies is led by a core team that includes Brooke Klassen and Jessica Bruni-Bossio. Company founder Vince Bruni-Bossio has taken a hiatus from active involvement in projects as he transitions into his new role as President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Saskatchewan. He will continue to advise on the direction of Open Circle Strategies.
Brooke Klassen, MBA, CMC, B.Comm.
Brooke is a Certified Management Consultant and Associate Professor at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan. Since 2013, she has completed more than 115 consulting engagements for clients across sectors, bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach to understanding organizations deeply and addressing the challenges that truly matter. Brooke’s work emphasizes meaningful connections, rigorous performance measurement, and practical action planning—helping leaders move from insight to impact with strategies that make a difference.
Jessica Bruni-Bossio, MBA, MPsych
Jessica is a Lecturer at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan, and has a unique blend of expertise in governance, communications, and human behavior. Drawing on her background in psychology, Jessica brings deep insight into how people think and make decisions, helping organizations develop meaningful strategies and foster effective communication. Having worked in various roles within the university before joining Edwards, she combines practical experience with academic rigor to create client experiences that are both engaging and impactful.
